Using the Calendar

When editing a person in Cultivate CRM, you’ll see a “Calendar” tab that displays past, current and future Touchpoints.

View Touchpoints for Specific Day

To view all touchpoints for a specific day, simply click anywhere on the white space for that calendar day. A popup will display showing you all tasks for that day.

Edit Touchpoint

To edit a scheduled touchpoint, click directly on the orange title box. You can also click anywhere in the white area, and from the popup click View Touchpoint.

Create Touchpoint

To add a new touchpoint for a person from the calendar view, simply click the Add Touchpoint link on the day you want to schedule the touchpoint for.
